PETALING JAYA: Mosques or surau conducting Hari Raya Aidilfitri prayers on Thursday are to abide by strict standard operating procedure while house visits will not be allowed.It said Hari Raya visits, grave visits and open houses are prohibited during the celebrations.
"For mosques and surau which can accommodate fewer than 1,000, only 20 people are allowed to attend the prayers," it said.
