According to Seremban district police chief Asst Comm Nanda Maarof, the 11-second recording was of an incident that happened along Jalan Temiang-Pantai at about noon on Sunday .
ACP Nanda said the case was being investigated under Section 48 of the Road Transport Act 1987 for causing an obstruction by parking a vehicle on the road. The individual was also being investigated under Section 268 of the Penal Code for being a public nuisance and upon conviction, could be fined not more than RM400.
The man, in his 30s, said he was seated in the front passenger seat and his wife was driving. Their two children were seated behind.
