KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 14 men have been detained for allegedly fighting near the Batu Muda People's Housing Project (PPR) in Jinjang.

"We believe the fight started after a group of men were recording an argument between a married couple.

"The husband saw that they were being recorded. Some harsh words were exchanged before the fight ensued," he said when contacted on Friday ."Eleven of those detained had criminal records.ACP Beh advised the public to always obey the law and to preserve the harmony between races."We also urge those with information on the case to contact Sentul police at 03-4048 2206," he said.
