KualaLumpur Kementerian Kesihatan mengesahkan seorang peserta ijtimak tabligh di Masjid Jamek Seri Petaling pada 28 Februari hingga 1 Mac lalu positif Covid19.

Pesakit yang dikenal pasti warga tempatan berusia 60 tahun itu adalah kes ke-131 yang dikesan KKM dan mula mempunyai gejala deman, batuk serta selsema pada 4 Mac lalu.

“Satu siasatan teliti dilakukan terhadap pesakit ke-131 itu dan mendapati dia mempunyai sejarah menghadiri perjumpaan ijtimak tabligh di Masjid Seri Petaling. Menurutnya, pesakit kemudiannya dirujuk ke Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan Kuantan pada 9 Mac dan ujian pengesanan Covid-19 yang diambil bagi kes ini disahkan positif pada keesokan hari.Katanya, KKM menasihatkan mereka yang menghadiri ijtimak tabligh di Masjid Seri Petaling dari 28 Februari hingga 1 Mac lalu segera menghubungi pejabat kesihatan daerah untuk membendung penularan jangkitan COVID-19 dan berhubung terus CPRC hotline atau Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah.
