Penang houses homeless folk in public hall during MCO

PENANG has moved homeless folk to the Masyarat Penyayang Complex in George Town to ensure their safety during the movement-control order enforcement period. State Environment, Welfare and Caring Society Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh said 72 people who usually sleep around the Komtar area were brought to the complex yesterday.
