KUALA LUMPUR: Pembangkang mempersoalkan pemberian projek pembekalan input pertanian sektor padi kepada Pertubuhan Peladang Kebangsaan , melibatkan peruntukan RM1.4 bilion, mendakwa ia diberi secara rundingan terus walaupun tewas dalam persaingan tender terbuka.
Katanya, peruntukan RM1.4 bilion itu daripada jumlah peruntukan RM1.55 bilion yang diperakukan untuk subsidi dan insentif subsektor padi dan beras untuk 2020. Wee mahu Salahuddin sendiri menjelaskan kenapa harus membatalkan syarikat-syarikat yang sudah terpilih melalui proses tender terbuka, kenapa projek itu harus dianugerahkan kepada Nafas, dan kenapa pemilihan itu harus secara rundingan terus.
