In response, Deputy Finance Minister Datuk Aminuddin Hamzah said a total of 273,814 individual and corporate taxpayers have made disclosures under the PKPS. "The amount of tax successfully collected by IRB through PKPS until Aug 31 this year is RM4.03bil," he said.
