PETALING JAYA: The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) should drop its appeal against PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli’s acquittal, says Datuk Mohamed Arshad Raji.

The National Patriots Association president said the AGC should not be appealing Rafizi's case under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act .

“There are also those who only spoke up after the Barisan Nasional government was overthrown," he said. "Any senior public servant found sabotaging the policies of the government must be seriously dealt with," Arshad added.
