ELECTION Commission chairman Azhar Azizan Harun has refuted suggestions he had discussed the acquittal of PKR member Rafizi Ramli with the Attorney-General’s Chambers . “I have not discussed Rafizi’s case or appeal with Tommy Thomas or any officer from the AGC that led Tommy Thomas to decide to withdraw the said appeal and institute disciplinary proceedings against any of his officer or to in any way influence his decision-making process,” Azhar said in a statement today.
