While a report claims a Russian fishing boat has been released by North Korea, two South Korean crew members are also free from captive. FMTnews

North Korean policemen ask a fishing boat to stop for an inspection on the Yalu River near the North Korean town of Sinuiju.

North Korea detained 15 Russian and two South Korean crew members of the fishing boat on July 17 for violating entry rules, according to the embassy.The two South Korean men were also freed, the embassy said in a Facebook post.
