NSTnation: PLUS informed that the 'No Touch 'n Go reload service' will soon be extended nationwide, covering its Southern and Northern toll plaza exit lanes.

This drop at its central region toll plazas exit lanes is attributed to PLUS' implementation of the"No Touch 'n Go reload service" since Aug 1 this year.

"When PLUS initiated the 'No Touch ‘n Go reload service' over two months ago, there has been significant reduction in drivers with insufficient balance attempting to reload their Touch ‘n Go cards at the exit lanes at toll plazas in the Central Region between Seremban and Ipoh South," PLUS said in a statement today.

"Though the figure of 5 per cent seems small, it is 42,500 vehicles contributing to high congestion and time wastage, impacting 95 per cent of other drivers on the PLUS highway.

There will be people who are uninformed, still proceed to the toll exit without sufficient fund and CAUSED MASSIVE TRAFFIC JAMS. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️

Pls do not take decisions like an autocrat. Pls do consult consumers when doing changes. Consumers are using the road by paying not free. Do make arrangements where the customers can top up free of charge.

Plz study d practicality... Menyusahkan atau memudahkan pengguna?

Fuck up system !!! as they are too many problems interfacing in its smart and RFI ? They must rectify all this problems before ending this and hustling those users !!! Urgently !!!

plus2u bodoh, menyusahkan pengguna saja, if 1 stuck at the tol there will be massive traffic, IDIOT!!!!!
