Abdul Hamid Bador says people who do so can be arrested FMTNews Police MCO

KUALA LUMPUR: People who take video recordings or photographs of police personnel on duty at roadblocks with the intention of giving a negative perception of them on social media will face stern action, says Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador.“I want to stress that the police presence at the roadblocks throughout the country is not conducted for the fun of curbing movement or to inconvenience the public.

“If they have gone out to purchase goods, it is not a problem, but if they purposely go out to record the roadblocks, then it is an offence because the police who are performing their duties are not there to be filmed or are on show,” he said.

Cops have to be professional and don't have to keep threatening the common man. Work together and give credit to the people who are also stuck at home, working from home, working in medical industry, working in essential industries. Its not like we are all used to this situation
