JOHOR BARU: Most chemical factories in Pasir Gudang have committed offences under the Environment Quality Act, according to State Health, Culture and Heritage Committee chairman Mohd Khuzzan Abu Bakar.

He said out of the 90 factories inspected by the authorities, 81 were found to have committed at least one offence under the Act.

He said the 85 detection teams deployed at the affected schools on Monday found no major chemicals in the air.“Even all the urine and blood samples taken from the students have turned out to be negative.

Take the necessary action against them.

PH gov must be held accountable! Most of such factories were built after they won the election in May 2018. Oops. Were they? Must be a very efficient government. Not to include total investment made and job opportunities created.

n_izzah Firstly, most or them are taking advantage of people. Secondly, they think that they can manipulate our enforcement agencies. Thirdly, they might be protected. Forthly, is our citizen attitude who doesn't careless or afraid to bring up such issues until outbreak arises.
