Manufacturers urged to make plans to prevent shortages due to Covid-19

The Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers has urged its members to make plans to prevent any shortage of goods due to the Covid-19 outbreak. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, February 13, 2020.

THE Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers has urged its members to make precautionary plans to ensure there will not be any shortage of goods for production due to the Covid-19 outbreak in China. Its president, Soh Thian Lai, said the federation believes that the local manufacturing industry must be prepared due to shipment delays from China.
