Mohd Shafiq Abdullah pleaded guilty before Magistrate Stephanie Sherron Abbie to assisting in concealing a Yamaha Lagenda motorcycle belonging to Darwis Dahrin at Kg Sendil, Jalan Putatan, Penampang, at 1pm, on Dec 28, 2023.Inspector Suzie S.K. informed the court that the machine was reported missing on Dec 18 in Putatan.
Meanwhile, the case of a foreign man charged with drug trafficking has been transferred to the High Court.Magistrate Stephanie made the order on the case of Mal Jul following an application by the prosecution for his case to be transferred to the High Court. Mohd Fikri Yunus pleaded guilty to having the money belonging to Chan Jun Zeh which he failed to explain satisfactorily how he obtained it on Sept 12, 2023.
