Hakim berkenaan juga mengambil pertimbangan Too hanya timbul dalam gambaran sebagai peguam Pannir hari ini. “Kedua-dua pihak perlu mengemukakan rangka fail dalam masa 1 minggu respon oleh pendakwa raya dan perkara untuk menetapkan semula bagi perbicaraan dalam notis singkat,” kata Menon.
