“Justeru, kita harap pengguna dapat bertolak ansur sekiranya ada aduan yang mengambil sedikit masa untuk tindakan berikutan banyak prosedur siasatan perlu diperhalusi sebelum sesuatu tindakan boleh diambil,” katanya dalam kenyataannya, hari ini.
