PETALING JAYA: . Some 21 people had been evacuated in Segamat yesterday following floods, which affected Kampung Seberang Batu Badak, Kampung Batu 5 and Kampung Kuala Paya. According to Bernama, the flash flood in Kota Tinggi affected Kampung Sri Jaya and Kampung Sri Delima. Some 72 victims were evacuated.
Meanwhile, 528 people in Tenom, Beaufort and Kunak are being housed at seven relief centres in Sabah due to floods in the three districts.
