"Tindakan terus mengenakan kompaun adalah tidak adil terutama kepada individu yang kurang berpendapatan, sudahlah terbeban ekoran Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan sebelum ini, kena bayar pula kompaun RM1,000," katanya, di Kuantan, hari ini.Zuhairi berkata, Peka beranggapan sekiranya pematuhan tindakan kompaun itu hendak dilaksanakan, biarlah ia benar-benar ditempat awam yang mempunyai jumlah orang yang ramai.
"Tindakan berkenaan seolah melepaskan geram dan yang mangsa rakyat," katanya yang akur dengan peraturan dikeluarkan kerajaan.
