Klang Valley double-track project goes back to original contractor

Transport Minister Anthony Loke is to provide an update on the Klang Valley double-track project in Parliament today. – The Malaysian Insight pic by Afif Abd Halim, July 9, 2019.

THE contract for phase two of the Klang Valley double-track project , which was previously terminated, is set to be revived and re-awarded to the original contractors,The second phase of the project, which entails the rehabilitation of double-track railway lines around Klang Valley was terminated after the 14th general election because of its cost and long schedule for completion.
