Kemboja baru-baru ini mengumumkan larangan sementara ke atas penerbangan dari Malaysia dan Indonesia bagi mengekang penularan Covid-19, berkuatkuasa 1 Ogos ini FMTNews KKM Covid19

Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, wujud keperluan untuk mewajibkan ujian saringan Covid-19 ke atas penumpang transit di negara ini.

“Keperluan ini bukan melibatkan KKM sahaja, ia melibatkan syarikat penerbangan. Jadi polisi syarikat penerbangan contohnya boleh menetapkan perlu jalani saringan atau ujian Covid-19 sebelum menaiki pesawat. Kalau kita laksanakan, kita boleh cegah kes dalam pesawat. Dalam pengumuman semalam, kementerian itu berkata, tindakan tersebut terpaksa diambil susulan peningkatan semula angka jangkitan kes import sejak beberapa minggu kebelakangan, terutama dari 2 negara berkenaan.
