The Road Transport Department in a statement today iterated that it takes seriously the advertisement content by BJAK Sdn Bhd through its website and social media accounts in which the company offers motor vehicle license or road tax renewal online to the public, including BJAK’s so-called “free road tax programme”.
As it turns out, BJAK has NEVER been authorised by JPJ or the Ministry of Transport to provide road tax renewal services.
