Human Resources Ministry denies removal of anti-discrimination provision

NO decision has been made on an anti-discrimination provision in recruitment under proposed amendments to the Employment Act 1955, the Human Resources Ministry said. It was responding to a news report that said the provision was removed after objections by the Malaysian Employers Federation .
