Esscom detains 68 illegal immigrants in Lahad Datu

Esscom has detained 68 illegal immigrants from the Philippines and Indonesia in Lahad Datu today. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, September 23, 2019.

THE Eastern Sabah Security Command detained 68 illegal immigrants in an operation, Ops Gasak, early today. Esscom chief Hazani Ghazali said the arrest involved 43 men and 25 women aged between four and 50 years from the Philippines and Indonesia.
