Students were caught by surprise by the last-minute announcement on in-person registration at universities.

Noraini said students who had already arrived at their respective campuses can stay there pending further instructions from their universities.She told those who have yet to make their journey to their campuses to postpone their trips. “I acknowledge the complaints and concerns of students and their families following the decision by the IPTs to postpone physical registration.

Apology is not enough for this fiasco. As a responsible minister, she should have taken full responsibility over this and only way to redeem herself is to just relinquish her ministership with immediate effect. You've failed miserably
