This means that you don’t have to worry about the safety of your credit card details in the Grab app.

GrabPay’s data security is also compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard —and it is the highest standard of security for payments. According to Grab, they apply “the most stringent standards when storing, transmitting, and processing your data”.Customers can reach out to Grab’s customer support through the app for immediate assistance.
