JOHOR BARU: Barisan Nasional's Datuk Nicole Wong is the ideal person for the Tebrau parliamentary seat, says Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.

The Johor Mentri Besar said he has known Wong for a long time and described her as approachable, friendly and dedicated towards the community.“Every vote for her is another step to bringing Johor's voice to the federal level,” he said in a Facebook post here Sunday .

Onn Hafiz added that with the Federal Government in parallel with the state, the stability and prosperity of the people and development in Johor would continue to be strengthened for the next five years. Wong, who is also the national MCA Youth chief, is in a three-cornered fight for the Tebrau seat in GE15 with Pakatan Harapan’s Jimmy Puah Wee Tse and Perikatan Nasional’s Mohamed Isa Mohamad Basir.Article type: free
