LABUAN: UW Global Inc. sued three senior officers of the Labuan Financial Services Authority due to alleged improper restrictions imposed on the company.
“Failure to comply with this order may result in UWGI’s proceedings, obtaining a default judgment and enforcement of the claim,” it said in a statement. “The three individuals are urged to provide timely and proper responses to the allegations raised,” it said.Apart from filing the writ, UWGI has also taken separate legal action against the same three senior officers.
