Ketua polis Labuan Supt. Mohd Hamizi Halim berkata mayat Swesvahn Dick Thomas, 55, ditemukan oleh orang awam yang melaporkan perkara itu kepada pihak berkuasa pada 7.16 malam.Beliau berkata berdasarkan keadaan mayat, lelaki itu dipercayai telah meninggal dunia beberapa hari lepas.
