“We have been discussing with Kumpool for the last two months to optimise the service after operating for a year in Petaling Jaya.

He said the updated service has reduced the number of stops in Petaling Jaya from 100 to just 21 to better cater to commuters and minimise wait time. “The selected zones include sections 13, 14, and 19 where the majority of commercial areas are located,” added Rajiv.Kumpool 2.0 vans are strategically stationed near train and bus stations, with the list of stops clearly displayed on banners at each location.
