Labuan OCPD Supt Ahmad Jawila said the car had crashed after the driver lost control of it while driving along Jalan Mohd Salleh in Taman Damai at 8.30pm on Friday .“The two other passengers in the car, the victim’s daughters, aged eight and 10, received minor injuries," he said on Saturday .
Supt Ahmad said Abd Rashid's body had been sent to the hospital for an autopsy, adding the case was being investigated under Section 41 of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless driving.
