KOTA KINABALU: Six men and a woman were detained on Friday (June 2) in connection to a case of causing injury and threatening a person here.

Acting Kota Kinabalu OCPD Supt Kalsom Idris commenting on a viral video shared in the social media, said the victim came in on Thursday at 5pm to file a police report against the individuals he claimed to not know.

“Once outside, he was pushed, punched on the face and kicked on his stomach several times by a few other men, also unknown to him, causing his nose and the right side of his head to bleed. “Investigations found three suspects hit the victim multiple times until he sustained injuries and one suspect intimidating him with an iron stick.
