Facebook to bar white pride posts

Amid pressure from governments worldwide, Facebook has stepped up machine learning and AI tools for finding and removing hateful content, while remaining open to free expression. – AFP pic, March 28, 2019.

FACEBOOK yesterday announced that it will ban praise or support for white nationalism and separatism as part of a stepped-up crackdown on hate speech. The ban will be enforced starting next week on the leading online social network and its image-centric messaging service, Instagram.
