Change passwords, MCMC urges Facebook users

Facebook's routine checks on privacy and safety features in January found that some passwords are saved in a format that could be easily guessed by staff. – EPA pic, March 24, 2019.

FACEBOOK users are advised to change their passwords, after the social media giant warned that some are “easily readable”. The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission , in a statement, said this is vital to prevent users from falling prey to phishing activities or having their accounts misused.
