PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): Most of the Covid-19 related deaths in the country are due to late treatment, says Health director-general Datuk Seri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

He said there were five stages of Covid-19 infection but most of the patients came to hospital when they were already at stage three.

"In stage four, a patient will require oxygen therapy and the last stage is when patients cannot breathe well and we need to intubate them, and put them on a ventilator, ” he told a media briefing on Tuesday . "For example, the latest death, the patient already had breathing difficulty for the last three days, ” he said.

This when irresponsible Tabligh attendees & their family members rush to Hospital when they can't breath. This is causing so much panic stress for medical staffs in Hospital. If u know anyone who went to Tabligh. Report to Police PDRMsia immediately. Let police handle them.
