The MCO 3.0 itself is a joke, since they still allow a lot of things to go on. It's a waste of time and money

The first 2 weeks were a waste of time. Damage already been done in the 4 weeks before that. The govt allowed superspreader situations just to b popular. So people r now paying with their lives. Will take weeks to rectify.
