THE Kuala Lumpur High Court today set November 22 for case management of the committal proceedings filed by Attorney-General Tommy Thomas against Umno Supreme Council member Lokman Noor Adam for allegedly intimidating a witness in former prime minister Najib Razak’s 1Malaysia Development Bhd case. The witness is Najib’s former special officer, Amhari Efendi Nazaruddin, one of the key witnesses in the case.
