Court dismisses corruption case against former judge, prosecutor

THE Sessions Court in Shah Alam today acquitted three legal practitioners, including a former judge, of bribery.

The defendants were former Kuala Kubu Baru Sessions Court judge Azmil Muntapha Abas, 47; former deputy public prosecutor Khairul Azhwa Yusri Mohamad, 34, and lawyer Noor Amirul Nazreen Anas, 33.
