Businessman Lim Chee Wah, 45, and his wife Chep Lee Aili, 44, have disinfected countless high-risk locations in the district since the Covid-19 pandemic started in 2020.
“I am active in social work and community programmes, so I’m glad to render our services free of charge,” he said when contacted.Lim said when he first started, he wanted to keep a low profile but his identity was revealed when he removed his personal protective suit after the first job.Lim said he and his wife have helped sanitise and disinfect various premises, including government offices, wet markets, banks, houses of worship, schools and homes.
