Koh Tat Meng and Diong Mei Li, the couple involved in the incident involving the alleged abuse of a stray dog by Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya officers are set to lodge a police report this evening over the matter.
"As such, our clients have decided to file a police report at Balai Polis USJ today at 5.30pm against the MPSJ officers for their brutal assault against a helpless dog, so as to ensure that the perpetrators of this abuse are brought to justice.The incident was captured on video which went viral.
Time to take action against such negative mentality people in the enforcement.
