State police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said the suspects, aged between 18 and 25, were arrested at several locations in Gurun, Kuala Muda, by a team of police from Criminal Investigation Department D9 unit on Friday

Suddenly, one of the suspects took a 2m machete and pointed it at the victim's neck and asked the victim to hand over all his belongings.The case is being investigated under Sections 395 and 397 of the Penal Code for gang robbery and armed robbery.
