Sungai Buloh OCPD Supt Shafaaton Abu Bakar said they received a report from a male teacher over statements made by a female student on social media, which were allegedly slanderous and disgraceful on May 5.
"The student allegedly made the statements during an interview on the social media account of a Malay daily on April 30 over a physical education teacher talking about rape elements during class," she said in a statement on Friday . She added that the Sungai Buloh CID called Aun Husniza and her father Saiful Nizam Ab Wahab to have their statements taken to help with the investigation process.
"The investigation is being conducted under Section 504 of the Penal Code for intentional insult and provocation that could lead to a breach of public peace.Article type: metered
