Close to a fifth of 1,142 operational construction sites violate SOP

A TOTAL of 933 of the 1,142 construction sites in operation nationwide since the implementation of movement-control under the National Recovery Plan last June 1 complied with the stipulated standard operating procedure , said Works Minister Fadillah Yusof. He said a total of 5,766 construction sites were inspected nationwide during the same period with 4,624 of them found not operating.
