He said the government is still looking into the two other concepts to ensure the number of vehicles on the roads do not increase and to avoid any gatherings at a specific location.

“We have discussed this in a Cabinet meeting and so far we decided to allow online orders for home deliveries via e-hailing services. “However, the other two concepts suggested which are self pickup at designated stalls, and a drive-thru Ramadan bazaar need to be further looked into," he said.Related stories

Even with MCO in place, the roads have snarling traffic. To send more cars out to pick up food will worsen the jams. Unless the pick up is less than a km from home, it is allowed. Otherwise, it's food delivery.
