Dalam kenyataannya hari ini, Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia Sabah berkata bencana itu menjejaskan 41 buah kampung, namun setakat ini hanya dua pusat pemindahan sementara beroperasi iaitu di Kota Belud, melibatkan 31 mangsa daripada 16 keluarga.
