Danny Cluskey, a former member of the Defence Forces, is a co-owner of Irish Training Solutions, a company that has been training the 166 Infantry Brigade of the self-styled Libya n National Army.

However, cash flow issues appear to have been resolved with payments coming from a Dubai-based company linked to ITS.said it is continuing to examine a file from the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, which monitors possible sanctions breaches, to determine if ITS officials may have committed a criminal offence.
