Fair City actress Connie Doona has revealed she will welcome her baby in early August and she plans to find out the sex beforehand.
Connie and Shane haven't found out the sex of the baby just yet, but they plan to get the news in advance of the birth. "It’s nerve-racking between scans. We had a month between our last two, which in the grand scheme of things is a good sign because that means they don’t have to check up all the time.
She said: "It makes sense now because we only found out about six weeks in. I had Covid and that weird flu thing everyone had before Christmas, so I didn’t question the nausea and feeling sick."They were a lifesaver because the sickness always hit me in the morning when I went from lying down to sitting up again. That’s something I don’t take for granted because it could really weigh you down."She said: "Zoe wears a lot of baggy clothes.
"Having a baby is not going to slow us down or stop us. If anything, it’s just going to motivate us to keep going."
