"He's opening and closing very briefly," someone inside the train can be heard saying at the beginning of the aforemention video. Someone's phone camera is already rolling, pointed straight at the subway doors in question.
The driver eventually shuts his window and the train speeds off, leaving the angry man and everyone else on the platform confused and angry. Comments poured forth from angry viewers, most of whom seemed to believe instantly that the driver was being a jerk. But as it turns out, the driver was doing his best to get the subway taken out of service on account of a defect that was controlling the doors on his behalf, and doing it way too quickly.
Not the first time this happens. In fact whoever does this honestly show respect to people or just be gone (taking transit more critical due to climate crisis and Ukraine war funded by the evil 🛢 & ⛽️) Transit users & cyclists are heroes for fighting against Russia
Why not just let people on the train and platform know what is going on?
Ya know BlogTO , hyping up this story when the issue is 1 train out of how many? Also, why don’t you do a story on how people try to charge and hold the doors when the doors are closing.
