Crime Stoppers and Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a break and enter last month.
During the early morning hours of July 20, 2022, police were called to the central area of the city regarding a break and enter to a residence. A wallet and two bags containing identification and bank cards were taken. Upon discovering the break-in the bank cards were cancelled, but not before a card was used numerous times at a Circle K.
A Female suspect was caught on video surveillance with the stolen bags and using the stolen bank card. Anyone with information is asked to call Call Crime Stoppers at 942-7867 or 1-800-222-8477. If you can identify the suspect and your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward.
