Little to no movement seen in overall rate, however.

Burnaby holds the second highest vaccination rate in Fraser Health when it comes to the second dose vaccination rate even though there's been little to no movement.

According to the BC Centre for Disease Control vaccine coverage progress by Local Health Authority, Burnaby sits at 58 per cent as of July 31, the same rate it was on July 17. New Westminster is the highest city when it comes to second doses in eligible children at 59 per cent. The BCCDC says Burnaby also saw an increase in new cases during the past reporting period, with the city recording 45 infections from July 24 to 30.
